Beef Share Deposit

All prices below are multiplied by your specific animal’s hanging weight which is usually anywhere from 750 to 1100 pounds.

$6.25 a pound for Whole Share

$6.50 a pound for Half Share

$7.45 a pound for Quarter Share

$7.99 a pound for Eighth Share

When you purchase your Windmill Mountain Ranch beef, we add your name to a specific animal. Once all the shares of the animal have been sold we then have the livestock official inspect your animal then it is sent to one of our experienced processors. It is then butchered and aged for 14-21 days. After it is hung, it is cut, wrapped, and frozen. Once it is frozen solid, your beef is put into a food safe box and either make ready for pick-up in Buckeye, AZ. This process is how ranchers and butchers get their beef.

Quarter Beef: Estimated hanging weight: 210-250 Estimated meat weight 100-175 lbs, 5-7 Cubic Feet (final price $1500-$2000) ROUGH PRICE PER POUND OF BEEF $10.64

Eighth Beef: Estimated hanging weight: 105-125 Estimated meat weight 50-90 lbs, 2-4 Cubic Feet (final price $750-$1000) ROUGH PRICE PER POUND OF BEEF $11.10
