So you want a beef share? Here is how it works:

  • Reserve your beef share today by placing a small deposit. From time of the deposit to receiving your wrapped aged beef is usually about 1-2 months.

  • After reserving your beef share, proceed to complete your cut sheet. Our team will contact you once we confirm your spot.

    Most customers receive their beef within a month after putting in the deposit at the latest.

  • Our whole beef shares start at just $8.93 per pound, with each yielding approximately 575 to 880 pounds of premium, custom-cut meat. You receive approximately 25% steak cuts, 25% roast, and 50% ground beef. You are paying ground beef prices for prime steaks!

  • You can choose when to pick up your order at our butchering location in Buckeye, AZ.
